These T&Cs cover ordering, payment, delivery, after-sales service, and return conditions.
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these terms.
OSNA PARC MONCEAU may update the T&Cs at any time; the version that applies is the one published on the site at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 1: THE CUSTOMER
The customer confirms that they are a natural person aged 18 or over and legally able to place an order.
They agree to provide accurate information when registering or placing an order.
If an address error makes delivery impossible, MOONSTONE cannot be held responsible.
ARTICLE 2: THE PRODUCTS
The products offered are those described on the site.
MOONSTONE makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions and visuals; however, photos are for reference only and may slightly differ from the actual product.
Technical details come from information provided by the manufacturers.
Any error reported by a customer will be corrected as soon as possible.
If a lack of conformity is found, the customer may:
- use their right of withdrawal, or
- claim the legal conformity guarantee to receive an exchange or a refund.
ARTICLE 3: PRICES AND IMPORTATION
Prices shown on the site are in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).
Any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees in the customer’s country remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery fees are clearly shown before payment is confirmed.
The prices applied are those in effect at the time of the order. Once the order is confirmed, the price cannot be changed.
ARTICLE 4: THE ORDER
The order follows a multi-step process allowing the customer to check their details before final confirmation.
Any confirmed order implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
In case of temporary unavailability, the customer will be informed by email.
If the product is permanently unavailable, a full refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days.
MOONSTONE may suspend an order in case of:
- payment failure,
- incorrect address,
- suspicious order,
- or an ongoing dispute.
Electronic records are considered valid between the parties.
Any order change must be requested before the shipping label is generated.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Payments are made through secure platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Payplug).
ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
MOONSTONE does its best to meet the announced delivery times, which remain indicative.
The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery:
- If the package is damaged or opened, it must be refused.
- Detailed remarks must be made with the carrier.
If a loss is confirmed by the carrier, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND (30 DAYS)
Right of withdrawal
The customer has 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Product condition
The returned product must be:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund
The refund is issued within a maximum of 30 days after the returned product is received and inspected, using the same payment method as the original order.
ARTICLE 8: APPLICABLE LAW
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, the competent court will be the one where OSNA PARC MONCEAU has its registered office, unless stated otherwise by law.
An amicable solution should be sought first.
ARTICLE 9: PERSONAL DATA

All content on the MOONSTONE site (texts, images, logos, structure) is the exclusive property of OSNA PARC MONCEAU.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
ARTICLE 12: WARRANTIES
The products benefit from the applicable legal warranties.
A product recognized as defective after inspection may be exchanged; a contribution to return shipping costs may be requested.
MOONSTONE’s liability cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer.
