Return & Refund Policy (30 days)

Right of withdrawal

The customer has 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Conditions

The product must be:

• unused,
  
• undamaged,
  
• in its original packaging,
  
• with the order number included.

Refund

The refund is processed within 30 days after the return is received.

Product damaged on delivery

The customer must contact MOONSTONE within 72 hours with:

• photos/videos,
  
• a description of the issue,
  
• the order number.
  

A replacement or refund solution will be applied.
